Demonstrate proven experience in producing digital animations that have achieved significant audience reach. Specifically, the Offeror must provide evidence, such as analytics reports from recognized platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, YouTube Analytics), showing that at least one (1) published animation has reached a cumulative audience of no less than 100,000 people within the past five (5) years.
