The Contract Aims To Provide Surveillance Services At The Abrisud Night Shelter Managed By The City Of Esch-Sur-Alzette And With The Official Address 45, Rue De La Fontaine L-4122 Esch-Sur-Alzette. The Mission Of The Emergency Shelter Is To Provide, Within The Framework Of Its Means, Temporary Accommodation For Homeless Men And Women, Those Threatened With Homelessness Or Those In Distress, As Well As To Provide For Their Basic Needs. Surveillance Must Be Provided By An Agent Every Day, Including Weekends And Public Holidays. Depending On The Day, The Hours Are From 10 P.M. To 8 A.M., Respectively From 10 P.M. To 10 A.M. The Services Are To Be Performed From March 1, 2025 To February 28, 2026 (12 Months). The Successful Bidder'S Staff Present On Site Are Required To Perform The Following Tasks: • Prevent Any Type Of Risk Or Incident • Monitor The Site • Protect Staff And Beneficiaries During Opening Hours • Ensure Security Inside The Building And On The Grounds Of The Abrisud Night Shelter • Manage Threats, Attacks And Conflicts Between Beneficiaries Or Towards Staff • Apply First Aid Measures In The Event Of An Emergency • Contact The Police If Necessary (Grand Ducal Police, Fire Brigade, Ambulance) • Carry Out Any Evacuation And Secure The Perimeter • Answer The Intercom And Telephone Calls (Take Notes Of Calls) • Welcome New Beneficiaries During The Night And Assign Them A Bed • Open And Close Beneficiaries' Lockers • Brief The Socio-Educational Team At The Start Of Each Tour • Communicate Any Problems Encountered And Discuss With The Socio-Educational Team • Consult The Various Paper Documents Containing Personal Data Of Beneficiaries (Daily Attendance List, List Of Undocumented Persons, Emergency Bed List, List Of Exclusions) • Distribute The Evening Meal And Breakfast On Request • Enter The Rooms, Toilets And Showers, Only In Case Of Doubt
