1) Brief CV and qualifications of Lead Consultant(s)/Partner(s) indicating years of experience in successfully completing similar assignments.
2) Copy of Identification documents/ passports of consultants.


2. Experience:
At least two (2) reference letters and description of relevant completed assignments of similar nature and expertise specified below,
• Experience in conservation finance with at least 10 years of experience, field experience and knowledge of regional / local context are required.
• Experience in Community Based Natural Resources management with at least 10 years of experience.
• Experience in innovative finance with at least 5 years of experience, good understanding of replicable innovative worldwide practices.
• Knowledge of the local Namibian and regional context of conservancies
