La presentación de Propuestas “Sobre A” y “Sobre B” se efectuará en un acto público, ante el Comité de Compras y Contrataciones y de un Notario Público actuante, en el Salón de Conferencias de la Oficina para el Reordenamiento del Transporte (OPRET), ubicada en nuestra sede principal de la Av. Paseo de Los Reyes Católicos Esq. Av. Máximo Gómez (Antigua Cementera), en los días indicados en el Cronograma de la Licitación y sólo podrá postergarse por causas de Fuerza Mayor o Caso Fortuito definidos en el presente Pliego de Condiciones Específicas.
