All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by September 25, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. EST. All bids submitted after 2:00 p.m. EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Work is to be completed within 28 weeks after contract award.
