TURKEY - Bursa Water and Sewage Administration (BUSKI) General Directorate operates in Turkey.
Bursa Water and Sewerage Administration General Directorate was established under the Bursa Metropolitan Municipality with the temporary article 10 amended by Law No. 3305 dated 20.11.1981 and numbered 2560, and with the decision of the Council of Ministers dated 08.09.1989 and numbered 89/14524. It is an organization with an independent budget and a public legal entity.
The purpose of the establishment of BUSKI is to carry out water and sewerage services within the boundaries of Bursa Metropolitan Municipality and to establish all kinds of facilities necessary for this purpose, to take over the established ones and to operate them from one hand.
