El licitador deberá acreditar durante el año de mayor ejecución del citado periodo (los últimos cinco años), comprendiéndose en dicho período el mismo año de la convocatoria de la licitación, servicios de igual o similar naturaleza que los que constituyen el objeto del contrato, por importe igual o superior a 754 059,73 EUR tomando como criterio de correspondencia entre los servicios ejecutados por el empresario y los que constituyen el objeto del contrato la pertenencia al mismo subgrupo de clasificación recogido en el presente Anexo.

La acreditación del año de mayor ejecución se deberá determinar mediante relación, totalizada por anualidades, de los trabajos efectuados en el citado periodo, suscrita por el representante legal de la entidad.

Los servicios o trabajos efectuados se acreditarán mediante certificados expedidos o visados por el órgano competente, cuando el destinatario sea una entidad del sector público; cuando el destinatario sea un sujeto privado, mediante un certificado expedido por éste o, a falta de este certificado, mediante una declaración del empresario; en su caso, estos certificados serán comunicados directamente al órgano de contratación por la autoridad competente.
