1.    TheRoyal Gove rnment of Cambodia (RGC) through the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, has received financing from the World Banktoward the c ost of Road Asset Management Project II (RAMP-II), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under thecontract for Supply and Delivery of FWDs and Survey Equipment.

2.    The Ministry of Public Works andTransport now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply and Delivery of two survey vehicles with survey equipment: twoFWDs, two sets of survey equipment (Geographical Positioning System (GPS), International Roughness Index (IRI) laser, Videorecord, Transfer Profile Lodger (TPL)).

3.    Bidding will be conducted through the ICB as specified in theWorld Bank’s Guidelines: Proc urement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits &Grants by World Bank Borrowers Selection and Employment of Consultants under IBRD Loads and IDA Credits and Grants by World BankBorrowers dated January 2011, revised July 2 014 (“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible bidders asdefined in the Procurement Guidelines. In additio n, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank’spolicy on conflict of interest.

4.  & nbsp; Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information fromMinistry of Public Works and Transport, Mr.KANG Phirit h, Project Manager, E-mail: kangphirith@yahoo.com andinspect the bidding document during office hours from 7:30AM to 5:30P M at the address givenbelow.

5.    A completed set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased b y interested Biddersupon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of USD50. The method of payment will be direct deposit a non-refundable fee of the abovementioned amount to the followi ngaccount:

Thedocument will be given upon the delivery of the deposit receipt from cashier’s check of the abovementioned bank account and may be collected in person at the discretion of the bidder. In case of airmail delivery an additional fee of USD100 will be charged for shipping and handling.

6.    Bids must be delivered to the address below on orr before ong>3:00PM, June 8, 2017. Electronic Bidding will not bepermitted. Late Bids wi ed. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives andanyone who chooses to attend a t the address below on 3:00PM, June 8, 2017.

7.    All Bids must be accompani ed by a Bid Securing Declaration as indicated in theinstructions to Bidders and Section IV: Form of Bid Securing Declaration.

9.    The Bidders are requested to submit as part of their bids the statement of Ethical Conduct and Fraud andCorruption‘ and in case of misleading information or non-adherence to the Fraud and Corruption provision of the bidding documeents, the Corruptionidder shall be pursued by the Government of Cambodia/ or the IDA.

10.   The Government ofCambodia and the respectively declare a firm ineligible either indefinitely or for a stated period of time, to be awarded acontract funded by the Go vernment of Cambodia and the IDA, if it at any time determines that the firm has engaged in corrupt orfraudulent, coercive or collu sive practices in competing for or in executing a contract
