being funded by Inter-American Development Bank (IDB)

Description of Works: Supply, Installation and Commission of a NIDS System for Jamaica to include Enrollment and Renewal System; Identity Management System ; Card Production System; Issuance System; Pre-Registration/Schedule Management System; Card Life Cycle Management System; Supervision Management System; Usage and Output Dashboard; Identity Verification Service System; Primary Datacenter and Disaster Recovery Site Hardware Infrastructure; Technical Support and Training.

Eligibility: Manufacturer’s Authorization | Qualification as Detailed in Tender document | TCC & NCC (required at contract award only)

Procurement Method: Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures specified in the IDB’s Policies for the Procurement of Works and Goods (GN-2349-9).
Two-Stage Bidding Procedure will be adopted.

Tender Document: Available on the Government of Jamaica Electronic Procurement website www.gojep.gov.jm. Tender Documents will be available for download as at April 25, 2017. Registration instructions available on the website. Registration is required for vendors to participate.

Bidder’s Conference: Scheduled for May 10, 2017 @ 10am Jamaica time in the Press Room, Office of the Prime Minister, 1 Devon Road, Kingston 10. Bidders wishing to participate must contact the procuring entity by May 04, 2017.

Deadline for submission: Bids must be submitted online via www.gojep.gov.jm no later than June 12, 2017 at 2:00:00 p.m. Online Bid Opening takes place on the same day at 2:15:00 p.m. An online bid opening report will be sent to all Bidders that submitted a proposal.
