Hastings District Council intends to re-contract the weekend servicing of the Henderson Road Transfer Station Kiosk. HDC staff will continue to operate the kiosk between Monday and Friday except where conditions require the Contractor to provide additional hours of service. The Contractor will be required to operate all facets of the kiosk operations including kiosk computer and software systems as stipulated by the Kiosk Standard Operating Procedure [SOP] and the WeighTrax™ user guide.

The facility and kiosk operations have been designed to be efficiently operated by one operator. We’re looking for Respondents with the capability and experience to deliver an accurate and high quality service. The ideal Respondents will have a good track record in accurate cash handling, IT capability, customer service, working with weighbridge systems, and working with council. We are looking for suppliers that are currently providing similar services to other organisations and we would like to understand how the Respondent can ensure Council’s requirements will be met particularly when the Kiosk is busy.
